Paul Carpenter Associates contacted ButterJAM to create a time sheet & employee expense system that will also sync with their Quickbooks Accounting software. The system is designed to automate and facilitate complex auditing requirements by Paul Carpenter Associates’ clients. Designed to be used online by the client’s many remote employees, the system allows easy quality control checks, approvals, and commenting. Custom tailored, the system tracks clients, projects, billing rates, paid rates, mileage expenses, hours, overtime and numerous details necessary for proper accounting. The system exports data into Quickbooks, customized excel spreadsheets and PDFs for quick offline syncing, back-up, reporting, and further accounting requirements.
